Troubleshooting

  • Can't connect a wallet? Make sure your wallet app is up to date and you're using the same network HyperTap is set to (testnet or mainnet — see Settings → Trading).
  • Order failed with missing_builder? Re-sign the order — the builder fee field needs to be attached fresh each time.
  • Push notifications not arriving? Settings → Notifications → toggle off and on. Make sure system notifications for HyperTap are enabled.
  • Force-update screen showing? Update HyperTap from the App Store / Play Store. We only force updates for critical security fixes.

Withdrawals stuck?

HL withdraws bridge to Arbitrum in ~15 minutes. Check app.hyperliquid.xyz for the on-chain receipt. If it's been more than 30 minutes, email us with the withdrawal reference id (Portfolio → Withdraw → done screen shows it).

Hyperliquid is down

When HL is offline nothing in HyperTap will work — we're just a thin client. Check status.hyperliquid.xyz.
