Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By installing or using HyperTap (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App is a non-custodial client
HyperTap is an independent client that connects to Hyperliquid via its public agent-wallet API. HyperTap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hyperliquid. HyperTap does not custody, control, or have access to your assets at any time. The trading key generated by the App cannot withdraw or transfer funds.
3. No advice
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Information is provided "as is" for general informational purposes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for understanding the risks of perpetual futures.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. You may lose your entire account balance. Liquidations are automatic and may occur faster than you can react. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and not a resident of, or accessing the App from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. Restricted Jurisdictions include but are not limited to: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, mainland China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, and any jurisdiction sanctioned by OFAC. The App geofences traffic from Restricted Jurisdictions; circumventing this restriction is a breach of these Terms.
6. Fees
HyperTap charges a builder fee on every trade (currently 0.05% taker / 0.02% maker) collected via Hyperliquid's native builder fee system. Fees may change with reasonable notice in-app.
7. Wallet keys
You retain full ownership and control of your master wallet. The trading key generated by HyperTap is stored on your device in the operating system's secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and is gated by biometric or device passcode. You may revoke the trading key at any time from Settings; revocation is irreversible for that key.
8. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HyperTap does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperTap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or assets, arising from your use of the App, Hyperliquid, or any third-party service the App links to.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
